    In order to get your Eviction started, you'll need to Provide a Written Notice:


    Type of Notice:


    The type of notice (3, 7, 15, 30, or 60 days) depends on the reason for eviction and the terms of the lease agreement.


    Delivery:


    The notice must be delivered to the tenant 30 days prior to starting your eviction, and you should keep a signed copy as evidence.


    Content:


    The notice should clearly state the reason for the eviction, the required action (e.g., pay rent or vacate), and the deadline.
